IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO:
If temps are too warm or too cold in your area you can opt to have your package held at your local Post Office for you to pick up. This is a service only available in the U.S. at this time and the cost is $1. Just add "Hold at Post Office" to your cart. Products like Albon, Acidophiliz, Baytril, Toltazuril, and Flagyl can go bad if kept too warm to too cold. We will not be held responsible if products are ruined by freezing or hot temps.

We will also not be held responsible if the Post Office fails to deliver your package due to providing the wrong address, or if you are not home to accept the package, or if the package is accidentally left at the wrong address, freezing or hot temps, or for any other reason out of our control.

If you had your order HELD FOR PICK UP and you still have a problem (damaged item, missing order, etc) please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'd be happy to help.  Inquiries made after 48 hours will not qualify for replacement. 

HOLD FOR PICK UP ORDERS that aren't claimed by the customer (picked up at the Post Office) within 72 hours of the package arriving are not guaranteed.  Even if the Post Office doesn't contact you, or you lose the tracking link, or for any other reason that is not our fault, is not covered in our guarantee.


SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
We ship Tuesday through Thursday and our shop is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Orders placed after Thursday at 5pm (PST) will be shipped the following Tuesday. Please be patient and understand that we are a reptile rescue and a small business and it may take a day or two to get back to you (not including weekends).

Due to our work/rescue schedule (we also run an Oregon reptile store in addition to the full time rescue duties) we just aren't able to get to the post office before 6pm.  Since they close at 5pm we are unable to do overnight or expedited shipping.  We are only offering PRIORITY MAIL shipping at this time.

RETURNS:
Compounded and perishible items cannot be returned once you open the shipping box. The items that are not returnable are: Albon, Panacur, Baytril, Amoxicillin, Flagyl, Acidophiliz, Calcium Glubionate, Calcium Gluconate, Strongid, Tylan, Terramycin, Toltrazuril, and Vitamin B Complex.

If you need to return an entire order to us, you must do so while the entire package is unopened. Simply write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the box and give it back to the post office. They will send it back to us free of charge. When we receive the box we will refund your order as long as it doesn't contain perishable meds (mentioned above), minus shipping charges.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USPS MISTAKES!  IT HAPPENS, PACKAGES GET LOST.  IT'S A RISK TO SHIP ANYTHING THESE DAYS.  WE CANNOT REPLACE OR REFUND FOR PACKAGES LOST BY USPS.   YES, THE PACKAGES WE SHIP ARE INSURED, BUT USPS WILL NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE CLAIMS FOR LOST PACKAGES, EVEN IF THE TRACKING INFO SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED TO YOU.  YOU'LL HAVE TO TAKE IT UP WITH THEM. 

Due to the recent increase in missing/stolen packages, we want you to know that the only way we can guarantee that you get your package is if you have your package HELD AT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE for you to pick up. Otherwise if you don't receive your package and the Post Office claims it was "delivered" (to a mailbox, front porch, etc.) we have absolutely no recourse with the Post Office in retrieving your package or for getting you a refund. When the Post Office says it was "delivered", they have the final word, even if it was stolen or they messed up and delivered it to the wrong address. Bottom line, if you take the risk to have your package mailed to you and it doesn't arrive for one reason or another, there's absolutely nothing we can do. We can't refund you and we can't reship another. Very sorry about this, but we cannot keep sending out replacement orders when the USPS messes up. This has happened a lot lately, so take note!

For International shipping, please know that if customs refuses your package due to the contents, we are not held responsible for your package if this happens.  It doesn't happen often, but it has happened before.  Customs once opened a package that contained Toltrazuril and they returned it to us 2 months later.  The meds were ruined due to the length of time the meds weren't refrigerated.  We are not responsible for this.
